Most of the rebate figures on this page assume you own a detached or freehold home and control the whole building. Whitby is mostly detached and townhome stock, but it does have a growing number of condo buildings — here's what changes if you rent or live in one:
If you rent

If you own a condo unit

If it's a whole-building retrofit
Heat pumps, insulation, and solar for a whole condo building go through the condo board as a group decision rather than the single-family HRSP path on this page — the process and amounts differ, and your condo board or property manager applies, not individual owners.
