Yes. They are separate programs. BC Hydro pays up to $4,000 for a heat pump that replaces electric heat, and up to $5,000 for solar ($1,000 per kW, max 50% of cost). Income-qualified CleanBC rebates for switching from gas, oil or propane can be higher. You can claim both if you meet each program's rules.
